(2) Second Part - Summary of Allegations of Misconduct or Irregularity -

Shri Rahul, Bihar Administrative Service, Civil list  Number-913/11, former District Program Officer (ICDS), Bhojpur, Ara, currently suspended, is accused of demanding illegal money  from Smt. Madhurima Prasad, Child Development Project Officer, Gadhani, Bhojpur. The District Magistrate, Bhojpur, reported these allegations in his letters numbered 2789 and 2790, dated 24.09.2017.

2. Shri Rahul's aforementioned act is a clear violation of Rule-3(1)(1)(ii)(iii) and Rule-17(5)(i) and 17(6) of the Government Servant Conduct Rules, 1976.
